Technologies is a leading technology integrator specializing in helping clients reimagine operating models, enhance competitiveness, optimize costs, foster exceptional stakeholder experiences, and drive business transformation.At YASH, were a cluster of the brightest stars working with cutting-edge technologies.Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire Product Owner Professionals in the following areas:Experience & Background:- Minimum 15+ years of overall experience, including substantial experience in product ownership or technical leadership roles.- Proven track record of delivering data engineering, analytics, and cloud-based projects using Databricks and Microsoft Azure.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the Product Owner for data engineering and analytics initiatives, defining the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to data engineers, solution architects, and cross-functional delivery teams.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data productsfrom conceptualization and design to development, testing, and deployment.- Drive execution of data modernization and cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.- Partner with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation of data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions.- Leverage strong SQL capabilities for data validation, analysis, and solution design.- Utilize Power BI for data visualization, dashboarding, and generating actionable insights.- Ensure delivery excellence using Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and review sessions.- Develop documentation, maintain product artifacts, and ensure clear communication across teams.- Provide risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Expertise:- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, and Azure cloud ecosystem (Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, etc.- Excellent understanding of data engineering concepts, data governance, and scalable architecture patterns.- Deep expertise in SQL for querying, modeling, and performance tuning.- Working knowledge of Power BI for analytics and reporting.- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning at a rapid pace and scale.Our Hyperlearning workplace is grounded upon four principles:- Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity- Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration- All Support needed for the realization of business goals,- Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture (ref:iimjobs.com)
