Description : Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using PHP, Laravel, or other frameworks.- Drive full-stack development, including backend, frontend, database, and API integrations.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.- Review code for quality, performance, security, and scalability, ensuring adherence to best practices.- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.- Ensure proper database design, optimization, and query performance.- Lead DevOps-related tasks, including deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and adoption in projects.- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery management.Required Qualifications & Experience :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP and full-stack web development.- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.- Experience in frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js.- Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.- Experience with database systems : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.- Hands-on experience in API design, integration, and microservices architecture.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.- Strong experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.- Proven experience leading a technical team and managing project delivery.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or SaaS applications.- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and server optimization (ref:hirist.tech)
