Objectives of this role

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Solution Architect specializing in Cisco Network and Compute solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network and compute infrastructures using Cisco technologies. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design comprehensive Cisco network and compute solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Create detailed architectural blueprints and documentation, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Lead the deployment and integration of Cisco network and compute solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and troubleshooting processes to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends, advising on best practices and emerging solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements and solutions.
  • Present and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of network and compute systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement robust security measures and protocols to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of architectures, configurations, procedures, and changes.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, security status, and project progress for executive review.
