Experience:4 – 8years Employment Type:Full-time N2 Ceritification Mandatory About the Role We are looking for aBilingual SAP Consultantwith a strong foundation inSAP Basis Administrationand excellentJapanese–English (or other language) communication skills . The role involves system administration, technical coordination, and bridging between offshore and on-site teams to ensure smooth SAP operations and project delivery. Key Responsibilities PerformSAP Basis administrationtasks including installation, configuration, system copy, upgrade, and performance tuning. Monitor and manageSAP landscapes(ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, etc.). Handleuser administration ,transport management , andsystem performance optimization . Coordinate betweenJapanese-speaking clients and technical teams , providing clear communication and documentation. Support system refreshes, patch management, and troubleshooting activities. Prepare and maintaintechnical documentationin English and Japanese. Ensure compliance withsecurity, backup, and system audit policies . Provide24x7 on-call supportduring system go-lives or major activities when required. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience inSAP Basis administration(HANA DB, Linux, Windows, or Cloud environments). Experience withSAP system monitoring tools , SAP Solution Manager, or related utilities. Bilingual proficiency : Japanese (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent) and English (spoken & written). Understanding ofSAP landscapesandintegrationwith other modules. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification inBasisorHANA Administration . Experience working withJapanese clients or on Japan-based SAP projects . Knowledge ofAzure/AWS cloud migration for SAP systemsis an added advantage. JLPTN2 levelor higher is preferred.
