Role OverviewYou will be responsible for creating high-quality, fast-turnaround video content for Lantrn and our clients. From reels to ads to storytelling content, your editing style should be clean, modern, and engaging. You’ll work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life with precision and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Ads, YouTube, Client Content)Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and SFXUnderstand scripts and apply the right pacing, rhythm, and storytellingMaintain brand consistency across all videosSelect appropriate music, SFX, and visual elementsCreate reels quickly without compromising qualityCollaborate with the creative team for new concepts and ideasManage multiple projects and deliver on deadlinesStay updated with current editing trends and reel stylesRequired SkillsStrong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci ResolveBasic knowledge of After Effects (bonus)Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environmentGood sense of timing, transitions, pacing, and storytellingUnderstanding of social media trends, especially Instagram & YouTubeStrong attention to detailCreative mindset with discipline and ownershipAbility to follow brand guidelinesExperience1–3 years of professional video editing experienceAgency or content-heavy brand experience is preferredSalary (Hyderabad Range)₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Depending on editing speed, quality, and software knowledge)Performance Metrics (KPIs)Number of videos delivered per weekQuality score of editsOn-time delivery rateCreative input and concept contributionClient satisfaction with video outputHow to ApplyEmail your resume + video portfolio to: 📩 Lokesh@lantrn.inSubject line: Application – Video Editor – Your Name📞 Contact / WhatsApp: +91-7075410888
