Additionally, the Dean will handle budgeting, accreditation processes, and liaising with stakeholders within and outside the institution.Qualifications Leadership and management skills Experience in academic administration and policy development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in budgeting and financial management Knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance Advanced degree in Education, Administration, or a related field Experience in the healthcare education sector is a plus Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
