Job Description :


The Cloud Architect will be responsible for leading and growing our cloud architecture, overseeing the development and implementation of cloud strategies, managing client engagements, and building a high-performing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills to drive the success of our cloud initiatives

Role & Responsibilities :


1. Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and execute the cloud practice strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.

- Identify market trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of cloud innovation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.

2. Client Engagement :

- Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for major cloud engagements, providing technical and strategic guidance.

- Develop and present proposals, solutions, and business cases to clients.

3. Team Development :

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of cloud architects, engineers, and consultants.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Identify and address skills gaps, ensuring continuous professional development for team members.

4. Technical Expertise :

- Stay current with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry standards.

- Provide hands-on technical leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of cloud solutions.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of cloud environments.

5. Operational Excellence :

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the cloud practice.

- Ensure effective resource management, budgeting, and forecasting for the cloud practice.

- Implement and maintain robust processes and methodologies for cloud service delivery.

Essential Skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ relevant years experience with focused 8 Years experience in a leadership role within a cloud architecture

- Implement robust cloud governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices

- Deep proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with cloud automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Expertise in cloud networking, security, and compliance.

- Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
