About the Role :

We are looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior Java Developer to join our technology team.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable backend systems and enterprise applications.

This position requires a strong understanding of Java ecosystems and modern development practices, along with leadership in architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, product owners, and UX designers.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

- Guide and mentor junior developers, encouraging continuous learning and growth.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and development sprints.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Java development with solid expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience with RESTful API design and development.

- Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

- Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
