Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver complex solutions in Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Installed Base.
  • Conduct Requirement Gathering/CRP/UAT sessions with the clients.
  • Drive architectural discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when implementing new solutions.
  • Work on client demos, RFPs, and other presales activities



Required Skills:


  • 10+ years Solution design and Implementation experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion.
  • Strong knowledge in the following areas – Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing and Installed Base.
  • Minimum 3+ years hands on experience working with Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Experience in at least 2 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment.
  • Ability to lead in a hands-on capacity on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing.
  • Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project.
  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role.
  • Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc. using OUM or any other methodology.
  • Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature.
  • High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results.
  • Self-sufficient, independent requiring little supervision or intervention.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues.
