Position Overview :


As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the engineering process, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance.


- Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.


- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, define project requirements, and provide regular updates.


- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.


- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company standards.


- Review and approve technical designs, architecture, and code to ensure high quality and maintainability.


- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team is using the most effective solutions.


- Implement and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and quality.


- Champion Agile methodologies and other project management practices that best suit the team and projects.


- Identify areas for automation and other improvements to enhance productivity.


- Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team and other departments.


- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, executives, and other teams, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.


Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.


- Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment is preferred.


- Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering best -practices.


- Familiarity with a wide range of technologies of Frontend(ReactJS, VueJS), Backend(NodeJS, Python, Laravel) and Database(Mysql, MongoDB), including Cloud platforms(AWS), DevOps, and modern software development frameworks.


- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and project management tools


- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.


- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving solutions.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
