Job Title : Quality Analyst (E-commerce)Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, IndiaJob Description :Magneto IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Analyst to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality user experience.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of e-commerce applications.- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems.- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.- Participate in requirements gathering and design reviews to ensure testability.- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and techniques.- Automate testing processes where applicable.- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.- Perform usability testing to ensure a user-friendly experience.- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.- Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.- Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) is highly desirable.- Familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
