Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated RPA Developer proficient in UI Path or Automation Anywhere (no Blue Prism) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UI Path or Automation Anywhere.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated workflows and processes.

- Monitor and troubleshoot RPA bots, ensuring their optimal performance and resolution of issues.

- Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, code quality, and documentation standards.

- Provide post-deployment support and continuously optimize bots for performance improvement.

- Identify potential automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.

- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.

Qualifications :

For 4-5 Years Experience :

- Proven experience in UI Path or Automation Anywhere for at least 4 years.

- Strong understanding of RPA development lifecycle, including process design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Experience with version control and process optimization techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

For 9+ Years Experience :

- 9+ years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UI Path or Automation Anywhere.

- Strong background in business process automation and an in-depth understanding of complex workflows.

- Proven experience in leading RPA implementation projects end-to-end.

- Ability to architect and design scalable and efficient RPA solutions.

- Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior developers.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in UI Path or Automation Anywhere development.

- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.

- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and familiarity with APIs and web services.

- Understanding of OCR and document automation tools.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
