We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flutter developer to join our innovative team.

In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining high-performing, visually stunning mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android Design, develop, and implement complex features for cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate project requirements into robust and efficient mobile applications.

- Optimize app performance for speed, responsiveness, and memory usage on both iOS and Android devices.

- Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.

- Contribute to the overall codebase architecture and maintainability of existing applications.

- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the 4-8 years of experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.

- In-depth knowledge of Flutter architecture, widgets, state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), and navigation.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language, including object-oriented programming principles and asynchronous programming.

- Strong understanding of mobile development best practices (e.g., clean code, design patterns).

- Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs into Flutter applications.

- Experience with consuming and manipulating data from various sources (e.g., APIs, local storage).

- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate them into functional and intuitive mobile interfaces.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Mockito, TestFlutter).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.

- Passion for mobile development and a desire to create innovative and user-friendly applications.

Bonus Points:

- Experience with building cross-platform desktop or web applications with Flutter.

- Experience with cloud platforms like Firebase or AWS for mobile development.

- Experience with native development for iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) for complex features.

- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile app development.
