Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX and Graphics Designer to create visually engaging, functional, and intuitive digital experiences. The designer will be responsible for the overall user experience and design consistency across web and mobile platforms, as well as creating graphics for marketing, branding, and promotional materials. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional and attractive designs.


Key Deliverables:

  • Design user interfaces for web, mobile, and software applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and visual content for digital marketing, advertising, and brand communications.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement designs efficiently.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all media.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
  • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  • Identify and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods.
  • Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and test results.


Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/ UG Degree in Computer Science, Animation or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphics Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile interface design principles.
  • 2-5 years of experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Solid graphic design skills with experience in marketing and promotional materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
