We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Developer with strong expertise in creating user-centric designs,

seamless interfaces, and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a

deep understanding of design principles to deliver scalable, accessible, and aesthetically refined applications.


Key Responsibilities


● Lead the end-to-end UX design and development process for web and mobile applications.

● Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver intuitive

user experiences.

● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.

● Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices.

● Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.

● Stay updated with emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

● Mentor junior designers/developers and contribute to establishing UX guidelines and design systems.


Required Skills & Qualifications


● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

● 8+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.

● Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

● Hands-on experience with ReactJS/Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks.

● Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.


Preferred Skills


● Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries.

● Knowledge of design systems and component-based design architecture.

● Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.


Job Location: Chetpet, Chennai 

Timings: 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM

Work Mode: WFO (Mon-Fri)
