Senior Full-Stack Developer (Future Tech Leader)

Location : Coimbatore, India.

Type : Full-time.

About Us :

VenPep is a fast-growing technology group building multiple SaaS products in AI, automation, community engagement, digital assets, and voice-tech.

Alongside, we deliver global client projects across the US, UK, Singapore, and India.

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is ambitious, hands-on, and ready to step into a future leadership role.

You will not only code and architect but also take ownership of multiple deployments, while leveraging AI technologies to drive speed, innovation, and adoption across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology & Development :

- Actively design, code, review, and debug across backend, frontend, and mobile.

- Build and optimize multi-tenant SaaS systems with scalability, security, and performance in mind.

- Lead development of APIs, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards.

- Explore and implement AI-first solutions to accelerate product innovation and adoption.

- Ensure strong DevOps practices CI/CD, monitoring, and reliable deployments.

Project & Delivery Ownership :

- Own end-to-end delivery of product modules and client projects.

- Plan sprints, prioritize features, and ensure timely releases.

- Coordinate with product and business teams to align technical execution with client needs.

- Manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth deployments across multiple projects.

Leadership & Growth Path :

- Mentor junior developers; establish coding standards and best practices.

- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and problem-solving.

- Be the go-to technical lead for AI adoption and emerging technologies.

- Prepare to transition into a future Tech Lead role as the company scales.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of hands-on development experience with full-stack expertise.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. Backend : Node.js, Python.

2. Frontend : React.js / Vue.js.

3. Databases : MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.

4. Cloud & DevOps : AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.

- Track record of building scalable SaaS platforms and integrations.

- Exposure to AI/automation frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, ML/NLP, N8N, LangChain) is highly preferred.

- Experience managing multiple deployments/projects in parallel.

- Strong grounding in security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Soft Skills :

- Hands-on leader writes code but also thinks about scale and delivery.

- Fast learner with an AI-first mindset, open to adopting emerging tech.

- Excellent communicator across technical and business stakeholders.

- Strong ownership, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving, multi-product environment.
