Position: Jr. Merchandiser / Product Development Coordinator

Golden Coir Tufts, a leading manufacturer and exporter of premium coir and doormats, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Merchandiser / Product Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pollachi.

• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure timely development and launch of innovative products.
• Assist in creating product specifications and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
• Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline product development processes.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, materials, and opportunities for innovation.
• Prepare progress reports and present findings to the management team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and find effective solutions in product development.

• Education: GOOD proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in product development or merchandising, preferably in the home textile industry, is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
