Role: Salesforce CPQ Developer


Salesforce CPQ skills:

  • Take full ownership of the Salesforce CPQ implementation through all phases of development. Planning, preparing, rehearsing, building, and maintaining demo environments & scripts
  • Hands-on experience in the Force.com platform configuration and development using Apex, LWC & flows.
  • Experience with configuration & implementation of Salesforce CPQ, including product/bundle configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting process, quote approvals, template authoring, and workflows.
  • Ability to customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and demonstrate the same to the customer.
  • Guided Selling, twin field concepts and strong in Out of the box capabilities of CPQ renewals and Order Management.
  • Strong understanding of the quote-to-cash process, ability to propose solutions
  • Understanding of integration with external CRM & ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow is a plus
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues on Salesforce CPQ.


Communication and Quality Focus


  • Be sharp, proactive, a strong communicator and able to set & manage client expectations (Both Enabled Analytics Internal and external Clients)
  • Defining project activities and assigning it to team members.
  • Mentor team members and ensure the work gets done with high level of quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Learn and increase the level of core competence (Depth and breadth) for self and the team members reporting to you
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements
  • Identify project Risks and Issues and ensure its part of Project Management tool and is being monitored and Managed
  • Adheres to Enabled Analytics Communication Management Guidelines


Experience, Education and Certifications


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent
  • Salesforce CPQ Certifications preferred
  • 5+ years of Software / CRM experience that should include 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ CRM
