Role Overview:

We're looking for a Technical Lead to drive architecture, scale systems, and lead engineering across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI integration. You'll work alongside the founding team and play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering direction.

This is for someone who thrives in high-ownership environments and wants to build meaningful, AI-first technology from India for the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead development across backend (Node.js), frontend (React.js), and mobile (Flutter).
  • Work closely with AI/ML teams to productionize models for risk prediction and driver behavior.
  • Own AWS infrastructure and ensure security, observability, and scalability.
  • Define and uphold engineering best practices: code reviews, CI/CD, testing, modular design.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-impact, intuitive features.
  • Mentor team members and lead hiring efforts as the org scales.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile product development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with: Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js (modern component architecture), Flutter (cross-platform mobile apps), AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, VPC)
  • 2+ years of experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications.
  • Strong system design and architecture capabilities — microservices, serverless, scalable APIs.
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments with Git, Docker, observability tools.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Prior experience in safety-tech, mobility, or industrial SaaS
  • Familiarity with IoT, edge deployments, or real-time analytics
  • Exposure to MDM systems or enterprise software integrations
