Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking a Merchandise Executive to support our merchandising team. The role involves assisting with product selection, inventory management, sales analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure that products are well-stocked and aligned with market trends.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing product assortments for retail stores and online platforms.

• Help maintain a balanced product mix to ensure alignment with seasonal and promotional strategies.

• Support the execution of stock rotation strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations and overstocked

inventory.

• Assist in conducting regular stock audits and help resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and

system records.

• Assist in communicating with vendors to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.

• Support in preparing purchase orders and tracking deliveries to ensure timely restocking of products.

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment of merchandising

strategies across channels.

• Assist in the communication of merchandising plans to retail teams and ensure they are well-executed

on the ground.

• Participate in regular meetings with senior merchandising staff to review product performance and

discuss potential adjustments to strategies.

Must have:

• Ability to manage inventory levels accurately and ensure stock replenishment is done on time.

• Careful monitoring of product quality and visual merchandising standards.

Good to have:

• Experience with Excel or similar data analysis tools for reporting and inventory tracking.

• Experience in e-commerce, or fashion merchandising
