What You’ll Do Lead the Pack: Manage and mentor a dynamic team of social media creatives, ensuring content is fresh, on-brand, and engaging. Strategize & Execute: Own Foxtale’s social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond—driving awareness, engagement, and conversion. Create Conversations: Conceptualize trend-led, thumb-stopping content that connects with Gen Z & millennial audiences. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with brand, influencer, and performance marketing teams to bring campaigns and new launches to life. Analyze & Evolve: Track performance metrics, derive insights, and continually refine content strategy for impact and ROI.Who You Are 4+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, skincare, or FMCG. Experienced in team management—you know how to inspire, guide, and bring creative ideas to life. A strong grasp of visual storytelling, pop culture, and digital trends. Data-savvy, creative-minded, and fluent in the language of social.
