Position Objective:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, to join our dynamic e-commerce department in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, driving traffic to our website, and ultimately increasing online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy for the e-commerce department, aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of online marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and campaign performance, and use data to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, such as social media platforms and advertising agencies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
