We are seeking a proficient Unreal Engine Artist for to join our Game Design team as a Faculty. As part of this role, the candidate should help Animation & Game Design students to create beautiful environments, 3d Asset renders, Visual storytelling, Cut scenes.

Responsibilities:

· Understanding the design requirements for the visual aspects of the simulations, and translating the visualization ideas into the scene with related components - including mesh quality optimizations, materials, and lighting development, as well as rigging and animation development.

· Collaborating with global teams on multiple parallel projects, focusing on the visual artist role within Unreal Engine, and managing asset workflows.

· Staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in real-time 3D visualizations.

· Guiding other 3D modelers on best practices when using Unreal Engine.

· Working with the C++ will be an add on advantage.

Required Skills:

· Portfolio demonstrating skills in translating concept sketches to realistic 3D scenes. The portfolio should include projects using Unreal Engine.

· Experience in Visual storytelling, asset workflows, materials development, lighting development, animations, VFX & Rendering in Unreal Engine.

· Experience with material shaders.

· Experience in developing riggings for skeletal meshes.

· Experience with ray-traced scene properties and optimizations in Unreal Engine.

· Proficiency with advanced Niagara particle systems and scripting.

· Experience in Blueprint scripting or C++ development in Unreal Engine.

· Experience collaborating with highly interactive 3D applications or games.

Minimum Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a 3D artist/modeler.

· At least 4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine.

· Should be up to date with new plug-in’s, technologies & versions of Unreal Engine.
