Job Summary

As a Loan Servicing Specialist within the Loans group, you will execute critical servicing tasks to support our financial operations. You will handle processes such as Cash Operations, Loan Setup & Maintenance, and Loan Account Management, ensuring all activities meet established Service Level Agreements. This role offers valuable opportunities to develop your skills and make a significant impact on our team’s performance.

Job Responsibilities 

Consistently meet established Quality and Quantity SLAs. Ensure full compliance with process-related policies, guidelines, and controls. Complete all servicing transactions within the SLA on the same day. Promptly follow up with upstream and downstream partners for missing notifications. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of documents. Identify process changes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Accurately maintain loan records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to resolve servicing issues. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and report on loan servicing metrics as required. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, or possess equivalent work experience. Demonstrate 0+ months of experience in the Financial Services industry with a record of delivery. Understand business financial statements, cash flow capacity, and loans across various industries. Exhibit strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills for analyzing large data sets. Manage clients effectively, build partnerships, and engage with multiple stakeholders. Apply effective time management and prioritization skills to meet business objectives. Communicate clearly and work independently on multiple assignments.

Contribute proactively to team initiatives and process improvements.
