Responsibilities :- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.- Be a productive member of the team.Requirements :- 4- 8 years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), including advanced customization and integration.- Lead the full automation of 32 ServiceNow access request catalog items for user provisioning and de-provisioning via SailPoint IIQ.- Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow catalog items to determine optimal automation strategies.- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ based on defined requirements.- Collaborate with SailPoint engineers and ServiceNow teams to deploy and validate automation across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.- Conduct end-to-end testing for each catalog automation.- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in Confluence.- Serve as the liaison between catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and leadership.- Review and analyze currently onboarded applications in IIQ that lack JIT configuration.- Configure and enable JIT certification and automated termination processing for applicable applications.- Maintain detailed documentation of application configurations and changes.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of changes.- Strong Java programming skills for rule and connector development within SailPoint.- Proven experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with ServiceNow, particularly for catalog automation and workflow enhancements.- Experience with IAM operations, user lifecycle management, and JIT provisioning.- Strong documentation and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, DevOps pipelines, and testing environments.Benefits :- A challenging, innovating environment.- Opportunities for learning where needed.
