If you’re passionate about automation, scalability, and system performance — this role is for you.Your MissionYou’ll take ownership of building and maintaining a secure, scalable infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Working closely with the CTO and senior engineers, you’ll ensure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement to deliver a seamless experience for our users.What You’ll Do- Design, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure in Azure. - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Bitbucket (or evaluate new tools). - Standardize and automate deployment and release processes. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve delivery and testing workflows. - Implement strong observability practices using tools like Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus. - Enforce security standards through automated testing and dependency checks. - Lead incident response processes to quickly resolve issues and improve system resilience. - Track system uptime, reliability, and performance to meet internal SLAs and business goals.What You Bring- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer in a SaaS environment. - Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation. - Good understanding of containers and orchestration tools. - Proven experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks. - Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). - Knowledge of security testing and dependency management. - Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Master’s degree or equivalent experience. - Fluent in English.Why Join Wello Solutions- Be part of a growing SaaS company shaping the future of field service management. - Work with modern cloud technologies and influence key technical decisions. - Flexible, remote-friendly work environment focused on results. - Competitive pay and professional growth opportunities. - Supportive, collaborative team culture with real impact.Join us to build a reliable, automated, and scalable foundation for the next generation of field service technology.
