As a Subject Matter Expert, you will advise stakeholders, influence key architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while shaping enterprise-level data strategies.Key Responsibilities- Define data requirements and model application data structures. - Design data architecture, storage, and integration solutions aligned with business needs. - Act as Subject Matter Expert for data architecture, providing advisory support across teams. - Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders. - Provide scalable, compliant, and high-performance data solutions. - Mentor and guide junior professionals in best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key architectural decisions.Must-Have Qualifications- Minimum 15 years of experience in data architecture, with significant expertise in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices. - Experience with cloud data storage and integration tools. - Familiarity with data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols. - Ability to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines. - Bachelor’s degree (15 years of full-time education required).Nice-to-Have- Exposure to emerging big data and AI/ML technologies. - Experience in enterprise-level data governance frameworks. - Previous consulting or client-facing advisory experience.Behavioral Competencies- Strong influencing and advisory skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. - Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance business and technical needs. - Ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
