Job Title:Key Account Manager Location:Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad Reports to:Head of Key Account ManagementJob Summary We are seeking a results-drivenKey Account Managerto strengthen and expand relationships with leading developers, architects, and decision-makers in the residential and hospitality sectors. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth through deep client engagement. Key Responsibilities Build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders. Design and executestrategic account plansaligned to growth and revenue objectives. Identify opportunities within existing accounts while driving penetration into new clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing and technical) to delivercustomized solutions and service excellence . Monitor market movements, share business intelligence, and proactively adapt strategiesSkills & Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate degree;MBA preferred . 8-12 years of proven experiencein Key Account Management / Business Development within building materials, construction, or real estate. Strong industry network inresidential and hospitality sectors . Demonstrated record of accomplishment in drivingrevenue growth and account expansion .
