Job Description :

As a Manhattan Scale WMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Manhattan Scale Warehouse Management System. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the WMS meets operational requirements and supports the company's overall logistics and supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the Manhattan Scale WMS, including user management, system configurations, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Configure and optimize workflows, processes, and functionalities within the WMS to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand business requirements and translate them into WMS configurations and solutions.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Provide training and support to end-users on WMS functionalities and best practices.

- Stay updated with new releases and features of Manhattan Associates' products and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.

- Proven experience (X years) in administering Manhattan Scale WMS or similar warehouse management systems.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

- Proficiency in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of WMS platforms.

- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Certifications in Manhattan Associates' WMS products (preferred).
