Job Description:

  • Overall 20+ years of experience with minimum 5+ years in Pre-sales, technology evaluation, technical design, and architecture.
  • Strong experience in technical capability presentation, pre-sales, proposal creation.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, including legacy systems and cutting-edge solutions.
  • Experience in consulting role, presenting technical information, strategic planning, customer interaction.
  • Proven experience as Software and Solution Architect with Architectural patterns for High Availability, Performance, Scale Out architecture, Disaster Recovery, Security Architecture, Knowledge of cloud-based architectures & deployment.
  • Deep understanding and hands on experience in Open Source and/or Microsoft technologies, up to date on latest development in technical area
  • Good working experience with API driven architecture, microservices, orchestration, DevOps (CI/CD), Messaging, and RDBMS/NoSQL/SearchEngine
  • Deep understanding of Cloud native services - AWS/GCP/Azure implementation
  • Thought leadership and special focus on scalable, reusable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable systems/solutions.
  • Knowledge of Data Platform & Analytics
  • Knowledge of ZeroCode/LowCode Automation Platforms
  • Understanding of AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Neural Network, Computer Vision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage industry agnostic initiatives with special attention in Healthcare / Supply Chain Management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Implement strategic improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in supply chain operations.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology adoption, integration, and optimization across the organization.
  • Orchestrate and manage the incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures at ODC for effective incident response and problem resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth technical reviews of legacy and modern tech stacks, evaluating their standards, performance, and compatibility with organizational goals.
  • Recommend upgrades, migrations, and adoption of new technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Utilize and promote the use of Generative AI tools in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to enhance development processes and outcomes.
  • Stay with latest developments, applying relevant tools to improve software quality and productivity.
  • Advocating for the adoption and integration of advanced technologies within the organization.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and training sessions to disseminate knowledge and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Mentoring juniors.
