Responsibilities include advising students on program offerings, understanding their career goals, managing admissions inquiries, developing relationships with prospective applicants, and meeting enrollment targets. The role requires regular collaboration with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and supportive onboarding experience for students.Qualifications- Strong skills in Interpersonal Communication and Communication - Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to engage and convert potential leads - Passion for Education with a focus on guiding and mentoring prospective learners - Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital platforms is a plus - Ability to work in a team-setting to achieve shared targets and goals - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication, or a related field - Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role will be an advantage
