We are seeking a skilled Windows Administrator to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows L3 Administration, strong automation skills using PowerShell, and hands-on experience with SolarWinds at an L2 level. This role involves maintaining, optimizing, and automating Windows server environments to ensure smooth operations and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

Windows Administration :

- Manage and maintain Windows servers and environments at an L3 level.

- Troubleshoot complex Windows server issues and implement robust solutions.

Automation and Scripting :

- Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline system management tasks.

- Identify opportunities for automation and optimize existing processes.

Monitoring and Tools Management :

- Monitor system performance using SolarWinds and ensure proactive resolution of potential issues.

- Maintain SolarWinds environments and configurations at an L2 level.

System Security and Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to security policies and implement necessary patches or upgrades.

- Conduct regular audits to maintain system compliance.

Collaboration and Support :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address system requirements.

- Provide support for critical system upgrades and deployments.

Technical Skills and Qualifications :

Core Skills :

- Expertise in Windows L3 Administration.

- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities.

- Proficiency in SolarWinds monitoring and management (L2 level).

Additional Skills :

- Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
