Job Description: Associate Project Manager (eCommerce)


Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi


About the Role :


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support our fast-paced eCommerce operations.

As a pivotal member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for professionals eager to advance their careers by gaining hands-on experience in managing projects within a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities :


- Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

- Execution Oversight: Support the development of detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

- Process & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track key milestones, and prepare regular status reports for leadership.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.

- Quality Assurance: Partner with QA and operations teams to validate deliverables and ensure adherence to standards.

- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to post-project reviews, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations (experience in eCommerce or technology-driven organizations preferred).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence, or MS Project).

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
