Raise the Bar — Even When It’s Uncomfortable:Continuous improvement and high standards define us.Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies for digital catalogues (website + marketplaces), social media, static ads, and packaging (as secondary). Lead design projects from concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Create high-quality static ads for Meta, Google, Amazon, etc. Design visually compelling social media creatives aligned with brand standards. Develop and implement AI-generated design tools, templates, and workflows to enhance productivity and creativity. Technical Design Execution Produce print-ready files with accurate specifications and color profiles. Coordinate with printing vendors and ensure quality control throughout production. Ensure design output meets requirements for both digital (social media, web) and print applications. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Create detailed design guidelines and maintain brand asset libraries. Produce high-quality digital and print-ready assets, including static ads, marketplace creatives (A+, storefronts, listings), digital catalogues, and social media creatives. Apply performance-first design principles and maintain visual consistency across paid and organic channels. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines. Create detailed design guidelines and maintain organized brand asset libraries. Handle packaging execution as a secondary, end-point requirement, coordinating with vendors when needed.Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements across all channels. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior management. Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and AI technology partners when required.Required Qualifications Experience Requirements Minimum4+ yearsof professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment. Preferred:Proven track record in packaging design (FMCG, retail, or consumer products). Mandatory:Experience incatalog design, print production, and digital/social media creative development . Hands-on experience with creative projects powered byAI tools(e.g., generative AI platforms for design). Strongportfoliodemonstrating digital-first design, catalogues, paid ads, social creatives, and packaging.Technical Skills Expert proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Working knowledge ofsocial media design formats, trends, and digital marketing principles . Exposure toAI design tools(e.g., Midjourney, Photoshop AI, RunwayML) – preferred. Strong understanding ofprint production processes, color management, and pre-press . Knowledge ofpackaging materials, printing techniques, and cost considerations . Experience with3D rendering software(Cinema 4D, Blender) – preferred.Design Expertise Strongtypography, layout, and visual storytelling skills . Understanding ofconsumer psychology, market trends in packaging, and social media engagement . Experience developingbrand guidelinesand implementing across print and digital channels. Translate ideas into clear, high-quality visual concepts with speed and accuracy. Demonstrate a strong visual-first approach with refined creativity and attention to detail. Understand consumer psychology and digital engagement principles to enhance creative impact. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines across channels.Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degreein Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience. Strongportfolioshowcasing Digital ads, Marketplace creatives, Social media graphics, Digital catalogues, Packaging (secondary) Excellentcommunication and presentation skills .
