Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Hodophilia Holidays in Kolkata. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, providing travel advice, and handling bookings. You will also need to stay updated on travel trends and destinations to offer the best service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1.) Advising clients on travel destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodation options.
2.) Coordinating and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
3.) Providing information on travel insurance, visas, and health and safety precautions.
4.) Keeping abreast of travel trends, destination updates, and industry best practices.
5.) Collaborating with other departments to organize educational trips and study abroad programs.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms and reservation systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Strong passion in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools.
