We embrace diversity and follow equal opportunity practices across all levels.Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for timely kick off the awarded project.- Responsible to prepare and update, comprehensive Gantt chart for the project delivery schedule.- Driving end to end PM activities, maintain schedules and project budgets.- Regularly coordinate with CFT comprising of PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, Production etc, through daily meetings as well as issue based meetings.- Prepare and update the comprehensive action tracker for the project activities.- Organize the interactions with customer and facilitate discussion between technical teams- Present the project status in the Project Review Meetings with Central Delivery Review Team (CDRT)- Highlight and escalate the road blocks or anticipated road blocks to the senior management team.- Ensure complete and timely documentation on project closure- Timely raise the invoice and update finance and BD of the same.Performance Indicators:- QUOTIF as per commitment- Overall management of projects, project creeps and communicationJob specifications / pre-requisites:- M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering, with minimum 10 years experience working along with CFTs (PR&D, AR&D, Technology Transfer, Process Engineering, Production or Outsourcing)- PMP certification and or MBA desired, but not must.- Additionally, minimum 6 years experience as Program Manager with a reputed CDMO.- Ideally API CDMO but can also be from formulation CDMO or least preferred from Clinical Research Organization.Key Competencies (Technical, Functional & Behavioural) - Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasiveness, inter-personal skills, adaptability, foresight, understanding of business processes.
