About the Business:Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group specializing in manufacturing precision components.A wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd., TEPL is building India’s first AI-enabled, state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as Power Management ICs, Display Drivers, Microcontrollers (MCUs), and High-Performance Computing Logic, addressing growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications, and artificial intelligence.The Tata Group operates in over 100 countries across six continents, guided by the mission “To improve the quality of life of the communities we serve globally, through long-term stakeholder value creation based on leadership with trust.”Role: Pricing Expert – Semiconductor Assembly & TestLocation: Vemagal, KarnatakaExperience: 5–8 years (Semiconductor Assembly & Test pricing background mandatory)Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain pricing models and frameworks specific to semiconductor assembly and test services and products. - Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, cost structures, and customer segments to recommend optimal pricing strategies. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to gather data and validate pricing assumptions. - Support the Sales team with pricing proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and margin targets. - Monitor and track pricing performance and profitability metrics; provide actionable insights and reports to senior management. - Lead pricing reviews and updates in response to changes in raw material costs, process improvements, and competitive dynamics. - Participate in cross-functional projects related to product launches, cost reductions, and market expansions. - Ensure alignment with global pricing policies, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. - Provide training and support to Sales and customer-facing teams on pricing strategies and value communication.QualificationsEssential:- Undergraduate degree – B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, or BBA - Proven experience in Semiconductor Assembly & Test pricingPreferred:- Post-graduation – MBA (Finance), CMA, or CA
