Job Description:

We are seeking a Gen AI specialist Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and exposure to machine learning. As a key member of our data team, you will analyse complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and contribute to machine learning projects. This role is ideal for data science professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change in the health industry.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to uncover trends and insights with the ultimate goal of increasing sales and monetization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for business challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models.
  • Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Document processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering insights.
  • Exposure to machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and libraries.
  • Experience with NLP and libraries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SQL and non-relational databases.
  • Experience in dealing with unstructured and multi-modal data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in the health and wellness industry.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Exposure to LLMs will be an advantage.
  • Understanding of RESTful web services and building web applications.

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

  • Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
  • Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' Data Analysis experience
