Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Chartered Accountant in Real Estate Group. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, auditing, taxation, and compliance. Daily tasks include preparing and maintaining financial statements, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing financial transactions, auditing, and taxation
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and financial statement preparation
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
  • Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Experience: 4 years to 8 years (After Chartered Accountant examination passed)
