Your Role :

As a Delivery Manager - Data & AI at Ideas2 IT, you will lead multiple AI and data-driven projects, ensuring excellence in execution while aligning with business objectives.

Reporting directly to the Delivery Head, you will manage client relationships, drive AI adoption, and mentor teams to achieve operational and technical excellence.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ML, data engineering, and cloud technologies to drive continuous improvements.
Revenue & Profitability Ownership:
Track project financials, optimize AI model operational costs, and ensure the profitability of data and AI engagements.
Here's what you'll bring
20+ years with a strong background in Data Engineering, AI/ML project delivery, and enterprise AI adoption.
Deep expertise in machine learning, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and AI-driven automation.
Proven track record of leading and scaling AI and data teams across multiple projects.
Strong experience in managing and growing enterprise-level AI and data-driven customer accounts.
Deep understanding of AI lifecycle, MLOps, data governance, and Agile methodologies.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and resolve conflicts effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
AWS/Azure Data & AI certifications, PMP, SAFe Agile, or CSM certification.
