Define the technical standards, frameworks, and patterns that will serve as the foundation for all engineering efforts. Architect and deploy a cloud-native infrastructure onAWS and Azure , leveraging serverless, container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS, AKS), and managed services.Generative AI (GenAI) & LLM IntegrationPioneer the enterprise-wide architecture for our GenAI and Large Language Model (LLM) systems. Design and implement sophisticated solutions for advanced prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and multi-agent systems using frameworks likeLangChainorSemantic Kernel . Develop and implement solutions using theModel Context Protocol (MCP)to enable AI agents to securely interact with databases, APIs, and other tools. Quickly build and automate internal utilities and workflows using agentic frameworks liken8n .Technical Leadership & CollaborationProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, championing best practices in software development, security, and performance. Evaluate and select the most suitable tools, platforms, and technologies for our AI and software development stack. Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams and operational playbooks.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of8+ yearsin software development, with at least3+ yearsin a dedicated software architect role. Proven experience designing enterprise-grade applications with a focus on scalability and security. Demonstrable, hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions.Technical SkillsCloud:Deep architectural knowledge ofAWSandAzurecloud services (compute, storage, networking, AI/ML services). Programming:Mastery of thePythonecosystem, including libraries for data science (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and web development (FastAPI, Django). GenAI & LLM: Deep understanding of various LLM models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini). Expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks ( LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel ). Experience with theModel Context Protocol (MCP)for agentic workflows. Data & Databases:Experience with vector databases ( Pinecone, ChromaDB ) and traditional databases (SQL, NoSQL). DevOps/MLOps:Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization ( Docker ), and orchestration ( Kubernetes ).Soft Skills Leadership:Exceptional leadership and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to all audiences.
