You will be instrumental in building responsive, high-performance web applications and shaping our front-end architecture to support rapid growth and scalability.Key Responsibilities❖ Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend solutions using Next.js and React.❖ Build fast, scalable, and responsive user interfaces with strong attention to detail and performance.❖ Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to launch new features and improve existing ones.❖ Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.❖ Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development workflows.❖ Mentor junior engineers and guide technical discussions.❖ Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and development patterns.Key Skills & Qualifications ❖ 3-7 years of experience in frontend development.❖ Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WebAPI, and RESTful services.❖ Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.❖ Hands-on experience with frontend build tools and version control systems like Webpack and Git.❖ Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.❖ Strong understanding of performance optimization and frontend best practices.❖ Experience working in Agile development environments.❖ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications❖ Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, etc.❖ Experience with TypeScript is a bonus.❖ Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.❖ Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend design patterns.❖ Knowledge of SSR and SSG techniques in Next.js.❖ Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and accessibility best practices.If you're driven by impactful design, modern web architecture, and love working with cutting-edge technologies, we’d love to meet you.
