We are solving systemic challenges for India's blue-collar workforce - dignified jobs, housing, healthcare, and financial inclusion.

Nia Studio isn't about procurement or e-commerce. It's about fixing a structural inequality. When workers earning - 25,000/month pay 34% more for basics than corporate employees, that's not a market failure-it's systematic exclusion from institutional pricing.

We aggregate demand from thousands of workers to unlock:

- EV bikes at - 3,500/month (vs - 5,000 market)

- Quality work shoes lasting 6 months (vs 2-month knockoffs)

- Nutritious meals at - 40 (vs - 70 street food)

- Data plans at corporate rates

The result: Workers save - 4,100 monthly, reaching - 1 lakh savings in 4 months instead of never. Unlike China where workers "flit from factory to factory" without roots, our workers build wealth within a supportive ecosystem.

Your Role:

As Finance Specialist, you'll architect the economic infrastructure that makes this possible:

Build the Foundation:

- Design financial systems enabling workers to save - 50,000 annually

- Structure vendor partnerships that deliver 34% savings without subsidies

- Create sustainable unit economics (70% CM2) proving social impact can be profitable

Scale with Purpose:

- Grow from 3,000 to 80,000 workers while maintaining - 8,000/month engagement

- Ensure negative working capital funds expansion without external capital

- Build controls preventing the algorithmic exploitation seen in China

Drive Systemic Change:

- Prove that aggregated demand can overcome individual poverty

- Create data showing how savings translate to family stability

- Build the business case for treating workers as valuable customers, not disposable units

Investor Relations & Fundraising:

- Partner with CEO and team in investor meetings, storytelling, and reporting.

- Contribute to shaping fundraising strategy for upcoming Series A and beyond.

- Help maintain strong relationships with existing investors through clear updates and performance insights.

The Finance Leadership We Need

This role requires someone who can:

- See beyond spreadsheets to human impact

- Negotiate with vendors knowing every rupee saved changes lives

- Build systems that scale without losing sight of individual workers

- Present to investors why social impact and profitability align

You'll own a P&L growing from - 30 Cr to - 800 Cr, but success isn't measured in revenue alone. It's measured in workers achieving - 1 lakh savings. In retention it jumped from 60% to 85%. In referral rates showing workers trust us with their village friends.
