OIG Consultant (Oracle Identity Governance)

Position : OIG Consultant

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Location : Pan India (No Remote work)

Notice Period : 0 to 30 days

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OIG Consultant (Oracle Identity Governance) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of end-to-end user lifecycle management using Oracle Identity Governance and should be proficient in various aspects of OIG installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. The candidate should have hands-on development skills and be adept at leading and implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) for effective user lifecycle management and governance.

- Configure OIG features for user lifecycle management, role-based access controls, and access certifications.

- Install, configure, and manage Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) connectors, as well as create and configure custom connectors.

- Implement policies for role-based access controls and configure access certifications within OIG.

- Set up and configure OIG Self Service functionality.

- Perform configuration and maintenance of Trusted and target reconciliation jobs.

- Configure and schedule custom tasks, event schedulers, notifications, and approval workflows.

- Configure custom and OOTB audit reports and automated report deliveries within OIG.

- Configure OIG connectors for various environments such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange, LDAP directories, and Microsoft SharePoint Online.

- Configure OIG connectors for Oracle EBS, EPM using asserters, and Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, CX, EPM).

- Demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting skills, collaborating with internal and customer stakeholders to resolve application issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Exhibit expertise in Java, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Database concepts, and SQL.

- Stay updated with industry developments and guide project teams in following Oracle and industry best practices.

- Possess a good understanding of operating and deploying services in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

- Monitor and maintain systems, respond to alerts, and perform regular log analysis to identify and resolve issues.

- Develop comprehensive documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks for assigned projects.

- Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including the creation of designs for OIG implementations.

- Demonstrate leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization.

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing, while tailoring communication to the audience and context.

- Demonstrate knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Oracle IAM, and other Identity and Access Management products (preferred).

- Perform performance tuning of the Oracle IDAM stack of products and have familiarity with setting up Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations for Oracle IDAM products.

- Possess relevant Oracle certifications, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Security (preferred).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or a related discipline.

- 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Identity Governance and related IAM technologies.

- Strong expertise in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting OIG, including connectors and policies.

- Proficiency in Java, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Database concepts, and SQL.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Proven leadership skills and business acumen.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.

- Preferred Oracle certifications related to OCI and Oracle Security
