Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting segment through project-based sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and project management companies.
- Generate and follow up on leads for Hublit lighting products in commercial and residential infrastructure projects.
- Handle complete sales cycle, including project mapping, pricing negotiations, client presentations, and final closures.
- Track market trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, operations, and product to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of minimum 3-5 years' experience in B2B/Project Sales (preferably in the Lighting Industry).
- Must have experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Consultants.
- Strong network and understanding of Project Channel Sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
