Job Title: Embedded Engineer (Linux BSP & Drivers)

Experience: 2 to 10 Years

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Kochi, Ahmedabad, Manesar, Chennai, Pollachi, Coimbatore

Note: This role is focused on non-automotive embedded domains.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance Linux BSPs and device drivers (USB, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet).
  • Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, and low-level debugging using JTAG/GDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and system-level testing.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Develop and customize embedded Linux distributions using Yocto, Buildroot, and U-Boot.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Linux BSP and driver development.
  • Strong proficiency in C programming with an in-depth understanding of Linux kernel internals.
  • Experience with ARM / RISC-V architectures.
  • Expertise in Yocto, Buildroot, and Git-based workflows.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools: JTAG, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
