The React Js Frontend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with designers and backend developers, and ensuring that applications are optimized for best performance and user experience. The role will also include coding, debugging, and troubleshooting frontend functionalities, leveraging React.js and Redux.js frameworks.Project context:Existing .NET application (initially built with Razor Pages / SSR), currently migrating the frontend to React.The developer will collaborate closely with the backend (.NET) to support this transition.Core Skills:- React- TypeScript- Strong CSS skills (SCSS)- Responsive & cross-browser development- Solid understanding of component-based architectureTooling:- Webpack or Vite- Node.js basics (for tooling and local development)State & Data Management:- Zustand- React Context API- REST API integrationQuality & Best Practices:- Jest + React Testing Library- Understanding of frontend design patterns and reusable architecture- Accessibility best practices- Performance optimization- Internationalization (i18n)Development Practices:- Agile/Scrum experience- Collaboration with UX/UI and backend (.NET) teams- Basic understanding of backend concepts (APIs, data flow)Nice to Have:- Storybook- Telerik Kendo UI library- Experience with design systems and reusable UI components
