Job Title: OMS/WMS Integration QA

Location: Hyderabad/Pune/Gurugram/Noida

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Functional QA Analyst with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and system integration testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional testing of OMS and WMS platforms.
  • Validate end-to-end system integrations across supply chain modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Design and execute test cases, log defects, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide QA support during deployment and post-production validation.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in OMS and WMS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with integration testing across systems.
  • Solid understanding of Functional QA methodologies and tools.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
