Having 5+ years of continuous development experience in Infor Workbrain -WFM


  1. Experience in Implementation of Infor WFM (Workbrain) modules like Time and Attendance, Schedules , LFSO, Budgeting and Clock.
  2. Experience in custom entitlements, and configurations of accruals, balances, pay rules and validations.
  3. Working experience and understanding of USA and PR WFM/labor compliance concepts.
  4. Development of custom forms and workflows using form builder and workflow editor.
  5. Expertise in report development tools like IBM Cognos
  6. Experience in development of customizations like HR imports & exports and any supportive integrations and mapping definitions with Infor product.
  7. Experience required in upgrade /implementation on -premises of Workbrain which including understanding of environment and core product as well as customizations.
  8. Understanding of configurations of Infor WFM in Linux & Windows instances along with App Server (WebLogic).
  9. Extensive experience in Java and J2EE(Core, JDBC, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, API).
  10. Experience in Oracle Sequel queries , procedures , triggers etc
  11. Experience in SVN, GIT and JENKINS usage.
  12. Good understanding of agile process /methodology and usage of JIRA
  13. Should be a team player and own the given task having overall understanding at product level.
  14. Partners with team to drive resolution and process improvements to further minimize impact to our production environment and support business partners.
  15. Documents all key processes to further drive performance.
  16. Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  17. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  18. Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
  19. Good communication skills to work with USA business partners.
