Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern at Metric Tree Labs in Kochi. The internship would be converted to a full-time job opportunity upon 6 months of internship completion. We are looking for people with a genuine interest in building a career in business development/sales.

The Business Development Intern will be responsible for tasks such as cold calls, pipeline management, lead qualification, and utilizing analytical skills to support business growth and client acquisition. The intern will be primarily supporting the Sales Director in his day-to-day tasks. The role would involve hands-on learning with thinking on their feet to adapt to different sales challenges daily that can help the intern grow into a qualified sales professional in the technology industry.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Market Research Abilities
  • Effective & Excellent Communication Skills in English.
  • Experience or interest in Lead Generation
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Has completed a degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field and looking for a kickstart in career.
  • Candidates from Kerala/Kochi are preferred.
